Thank you, OKE families and staff! We’ve started off the year with many amazing programs and events and you made them incredibly successful! Thanks for your tremendous support during our membership drive, when an astounding 1300+ members joined in. We’re thankful to have each and every one of you as members. Another heart warm thanks for your participation and support with our fall fundraiser and Aussie auction. Your participation in these fundraisers allows us to provide entertaining and informational programs along with educational tools for our students throughout the year.

And a third thanks goes out to our loyal and outstanding volunteers who are always ready to help in all areas of our school…three cheers to YOU!

Kilpatrick Elementary has successfully reached 100% membership every year since the school opened in 2003. Please help OKE continue to stay “ON TOP OF THE WORLD” this year by joining PTA. Each household with PTA member(s) will receive one school directory, and every child in that household will receive a Reward Card. (If one adult joins PTA, each child from that household may choose 2 rewards. However, if two adults join, each child in that household may choose 4 rewards to enjoy on Reward Day, November 4, 2011.) Volunteer Sign Up Online

Please consider volunteering and helping OKE Stay On Top Of The World. We ask that you take a few moments to complete this form online. Thanks for Volunteering!

Please submit your off-campus volunteer hours and any hours that are not captured on the raptor system at school by the fifth of each month. If you have questions about your hours, please contact Becky Morris or Sherri Tandon at vips@okepta.org

Aussie Bucks is a program designed for anyone that would like to support our campus and not have to sell any products. You can write a check that is 100% tax deductible and 100% of the money goes to the PTA to continue supporting the many programs in OKE. All you need to do is send your check along with the Aussie Bucks form back to school with your student.

Make checks payable to OKE PTA. Thank you for your generous tax-deductible donation. Your cancelled check will be your receipt. It’s as easy as that!

Bonzer Bash Carnival Needs Your Helping Hands!!

Our Bonzer Bash carnival will be here before you know it, and it takes a lot of helping hands to make it a success! We are still looking for anyone who would like to co-chair games, auctions and concessions. Involvement from start to finish is exciting and fun!

The OKE Bonzer Bash is in need of your donations in order to make it a huge success. We are now collecting the following items until the day of the event:

Nominations for On Top Of The World Volunteers

"New” to the Outback from your OKE VIPS (Volunteers in Public Schools). This year at OKE, we will be accepting your nominations for a volunteer who you think has gone over and beyond in helping OKE stay On Top Of The World. Each month two volunteers will be selected and recognized for their time and effort. The nomination box and forms are located on the bookshelf in the foyer of OKE. Please complete your form and insert the form into the nomination box.
