By purchasing a ticket for this event, I hereby voluntarily execute this release from any potential liability (“Release”) with the express intent of extinguishing all obligations designated in this Release. I expressly release and discharge the Odessa Kilpatrick Elementary PTA, its trustees, agents, attorneys, and employees, from all claims, obligations, or causes of action of whatsoever nature, both in tort and in contract, which I ever had, now have, or may have in the future against Odessa Kilpatrick Elementary PTA, its trustees, agents, attorneys, and employees, arising from the event described above and further acknowledge and agree that I will not initiate a lawsuit or any other legal proceedings against Odessa Kilpatrick Elementary PTA, its trustees, agents, attorneys, and employees, relating to the event described above. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless any claims asserted of my behalf of my heirs, their assigns, creditors, or parties which may have cause to intercede on my behalf. I have read this release and understand all of its terms. I execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
