Katy ISD Volunteer Registration

Katy ISD requires all volunteers serving on or off campus during or after the instructional day to register with the district through its raptor security system.

The District's Raptor Volunteer Initiative provides an additional layer of protection for our Katy ISD students, staff ,volunteers, and visitors, prioritizing the safety and security of our entire Katy ISD Family.

Even if you completed the process in the past, all volunteers must Re Register!

Raptor registration for the 2023-2024 school year will begin July 1st.

Please remember to list all the schools you may be volunteering in while completing the registration process.

Katy ISD is excited to announce the implementation of the District’s Raptor Volunteer Initiative for the upcoming school year. Beginning October 1, the district will require all volunteers serving on campus during the instructional day to register with the district through its Raptor security system.

The volunteer registration requirement will extend to all volunteers serving
on or off-campus, during or after the instructional day effective January 4.
