*This Volunteer Sign-up is for HS Student Volunteers Only*

Assist with event set-up, activities during the event, and clean-up afterwards.

We will need help with the following:

Set-up: Setting up tables, putting up flyers, setting up tents, setting up water stations, drawing pathways with chalk.

During the Event: Help refill and pass out color powder for run, monitor bubble stations, monitor driveways, hand out waters and snacks, cheer on runners/walkers 

Cleanup: Pack-up tables, chairs and tents.  Pack-up water stations.  Take down flyers.  

***Please wear a red shirt, so you are easily identifiable as a volunteer. Bring comfortable shoes, water, and a snack.  Make sure to wear sunscreen, and wear clothing that you are not afraid to get dirty. Parking will be unavailable in the school parking lot, so please plan accordingly.***

Sign Up Instructions:

• ***If you have already signed up with x2vol, you do not need to sign up again on this page.***
• Fill in your contact information at the top of the sign up page.
• Once you have chosen the shift you would like to volunteer for, click the "signup/edit" button and select the check box next to the word "Parent" under that shift. (Still select "Parent" even though this is a student volunteer sign up.)
• A comment box will pop up. Please enter student volunteer name.
• Click save at the bottom of the screen.
